Role Responsibilities: Perform daily systems administration activities, including user access management, and the maintenance of core treasury financial systems.
Provide first-line and second-line support to end users, investigating system issues and queries and coordinating resolution with IT teams, technology vendors and other relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate systems documentation, risk and compliance requirements.
Act as a key point of contact between Treasury Operations, business users, IT, and external vendors
Participate in requirements gathering, test planning and execution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, implementation and post-implementation support.
