  • * Manage daily cash positions, liquidity planning, and short- and long-term cash-flow forecasting* Arrange and administer trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, and documentary collections* Maintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions* Negotiate and optimize credit lines, borrowing facilities, pricing, and banking terms* Coordinate the financing of international oil and commodity trading transactions* Monitor working-capital requirements, payment schedules, and funding needs* Review trade documentation and ensure the timely issuance and settlement of financial instruments* Manage foreign-exchange and interest-rate exposure in coordination with senior management* Ensure compliance with internal controls, banking requirements, KYC, AML, and applicable sanctions regulations
