About the role We have an opportunity for a Treating Psychologist to be part of our Treatment & Recovery Unit, Health, Safety & Wellbeing Command. The Treating Psychologist works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver, outcome focused, evidence based treatment for employees suffering a psychological injury. The role provides work focused interventions that aim to support employees to recover in the workplace, or successfully achieve a durable return to work following absence, as a result of a work-related psychological injury. This position will be based in the Lake Illawarra region, based out of two locations (Oak Flats and Kiama). Travel between locations will be required, as will use of a personal vehicle (the role does not have a car allocation).
