This is a unique opportunity to be part of our skin cancer surveillance and treatment team. We are offering a permanent, one-day-per-week position at our Sydney CBD clinic on Wednesdays, providing support to both the nurse and doctor. In this role you will: Welcome patients in person or on the telephone, answering or referring enquiries. Phone patients to book for treatment Office duties: accounts, billing, scanning, printing and photocopying General office and clinic support Stock takes and reordering supplies Transfer of data between systems We will ensure you are given all the know-how and skills to do your job well. What we need from you: Strong patient focus & communication skills - we expect you to care passionately about interacting positively and effectively with others. Dedication, enthusiasm, independence and versatility Strong computer skills – comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn and gain competence with a variety of medical practice software packages. A high level of integrity and professionalism Reliable Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is always maintained.
Responsibilities
The role involves welcoming patients, booking treatment appointments, and performing various office duties such as billing and data transfer. Additionally, the position supports both the nurse and doctor in the clinic.
