WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL PERSON TO JOIN OUR TEAM AND ELEVATE THE CLINIC’S SERVICE AND GROWTH

This is a full-time role for a talented person with experience in the dental industry to help improve and refine our patient journey.
The role is primarily TCO, with one day at reception and help with other management tasks. We are a growing clinic, so you will have time around your TCO roles to work on other areas, but once we get busier, we will be hiring more team members to streamline your role.
We want someone enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisation skills who can create and implement systems effectively.
We encourage new ideas and are happy to support you in implementing them.
The position will be full-time with the opportunity to build the time as the practice grows.
You will be working alongside our practice owner, reception and clinical director and we will train you over the first 3 months in the various aspects of the role.

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience in private dental practice of at least 2 years is essential for this role
  • Knowledge of clinical treatments, including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign and cosmetic procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and manner (email, Social media, WhatsApp, phone and video calls)
  • Ability to learn new software swiftly

Location: Isle of Dogs London (Crossharbour station on the DLR or Canary Wharf on the Jubilee Line. Bus stop right outside too)

Responsibilities
  • Post examination consultations with patients

  • Overseeing and refining the patient journey
  • Implementing schemes that facilitate practice growth (marketing)
  • Reporting on conversions and KPIs for the clinic and individual dentists
