Summary of Job Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Serving as the first point of contact for new patient inquiries.
* Meeting with patients face-to-face to discuss treatment and finance options.
* Supporting patients throughout their entire treatment journey.* Maintaining effective communication with all key business relationships.
* Managing all leads generated through our CRM system.
* Actively participating in business development growth strategies.
* Assisting the practice manager with duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end sales and customer-focused industry.* A strong motivation for hitting key targets.
*A minimum of 1 years dental experience.
* A proven sales track record in developing new business.
* Exceptional organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
* A strong drive to succeed.
* A completed high school certificate or equivalent.
* A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* A competent level of IT proficiency.
* A clear DBS check.
Job Type: Full-time
