You will: * Present treatment plans and financial options with clarity and confidence * Verify insurance, explain benefits, and manage billing-related questions * Coordinate pre-authorizations and follow up on pending treatment * Schedule treatment efficiently to support provider production goals * Collect balances due at time of service and assist with AR-related items * Partner closely with doctors and clinical teams to support same-day starts * Manage treatment paperwork, consents, and documentation * Support revenue cycle functions, including eligibility checks and claims follow-up * Maintain compliance with HIPAA and office policies   What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of dental office experience (required) * Previous Dental Treatment Coordinator experience (required) * Strong background in dental insurance, billing, and financial coordination * Knowledge of PPO, Indemnity, and HMO plans * Dentrix experience (preferred) * Excellent communication, organization, and patient-facing skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment   Join a Team Where Your Work Truly Matters At Preferred Dental of Cromwell, Treatment Coordinators are valued partners in patient care - not just front desk support.
