Develop a comprehensive understanding of current treatment plans and financial treatment options. Prepare and present financial treatment plans to patients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Follow up with patients regarding the doctor’s treatment plans and assist in scheduling appointments. Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and fee schedules, ensuring accurate insurance breakdowns. Present treatment fees and estimates, documenting financial arrangements and patient commitments to pay. Assist patients with insurance forms and ensure correct completion. Collaborate with the team to provide an exceptional patient experience and assist with administrative duties as needed. Participate in emergency procedures, summoning medical assistance when required, and supporting team members as needed. Requirements Working knowledge of dental terminology and practices. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with the general public, managing both patient concerns and inquiries. Must be flexible and possess forward-thinking abilities to anticipate patient and team needs. Must pass a background check, including criminal history, and driving history. High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a dental office setting.
