Meyer Dana Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our patient-focused, energetic team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, compassionate, and motivated to guide patients through their orthodontic journey. What You’ll Do: Welcome new patients and families to the practice, creating a warm and positive first impression Review treatment recommendations from the doctor and clearly explain options, timelines, and expectations Present financial arrangements and coordinate payment plans in a professional and compassionate manner Guide patients through the scheduling and onboarding process to ensure a smooth start to treatment Build trusting relationships with patients, families, and team members through clear and caring communication Collaborate with doctors, clinical staff, and front office team to deliver exceptional patient experiences What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills – able to make patients feel comfortable and confident Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude Experience in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting preferred (but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate) Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, and financial discussions What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health, vision, and dental benefits Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options A fun, supportive, and professional team environment Opportunities for growth and training in the orthodontic field
