Our orthodontic practice is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team! About the Role: As the first point of contact for new patients, you’ll guide them through the exciting start of their orthodontic journey. You’ll provide education on treatment options, review financial arrangements, and ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for from their very first visit. What You’ll Do: Welcome and build rapport with new patients and families Review treatment recommendations and explain orthodontic procedures Present financial options, contracts, and payment plans clearly and confidently Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless new patient experience Track pending treatment and follow up with patients who have not yet started care Maintain accurate records and documentation in the practice management system Support office goals by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor Strong organizational and time-management abilities Comfort discussing financial arrangements with patients Previous experience in orthodontics or dental front office preferred, but not required A passion for creating confident smiles and a love for helping people Why You’ll Love Working Here: Supportive, upbeat team culture Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives Competitive pay and benefits Growth and development opportunities within the practice
