We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Treatment Coordinator to join our team in a role averaging 3 to 3.5 days per week. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with families, educating patients, and helping them feel confident and excited about beginning orthodontic treatment. Our ideal candidate is positive, compassionate, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume orthodontic practice where teamwork and patient experience are top priorities. Responsibilities: Welcome new patients and families and provide an outstanding first impression of the practice. Coordinate and lead new patient consultations with the orthodontist. Obtain and capture initial patient records, including photographs, CBCT scans, and Itero scans, ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and prepared for the orthodontist's evaluation and treatment presentation. Present treatment recommendations, financial arrangements, and payment options in a clear and professional manner. Prepare, review, finalize, and enter treatment contracts and financial agreements, ensuring all treatment details, fees, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements are accurately documented and clearly communicated to patients and families. Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and accurately explain coverage to patients and families. Answer questions regarding treatment, finances, and scheduling. Assist patients in understanding the value and benefits of orthodontic treatment. Maintain and manage all pending treatment patients through organized tracking and consistent follow-up, helping patients and families navigate questions or concerns while supporting practice growth through increased treatment acceptance. Maintain accurate records and documentation in the practice management software. Coordinate scheduling for treatment starts and maintain an organized consultation schedule. Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. Support practice growth through exceptional customer service and relationship building. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of Treatment Coordinator or Financial Coordinator experience in an orthodontic or dental office is required. Proven ability to present treatment and financial arrangements confidently and professionally. Experience drafting and reviewing orthodontic contracts and financial agreements. Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance benefits and payment options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork. Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
