Beach Braces is looking for an enthusiastic Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator (full -time)
Responsibilities include handling all aspects of the new patient process, participating in written and oral communication with patients, families, and referring offices, scheduling appointments, explaining treatment options and financial arrangements to families, as well as office promotion.

The individual must have:

• Friendly personality and exceptional customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills
• Professionalism & integrity and take pride in their work
