The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and our clinical team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the treatment process. Responsibilities   * Greet and welcome patients, providing a warm and professional first impression. * Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and compassionately. * Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments and follow-ups in collaboration with clinical staff. * Assist patients with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and payment arrangements. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. * Communicate effectively with patients to address questions, concerns, and ensure understanding of treatment plans. * Work closely with oral surgeons and clinical team to facilitate seamless patient care. * Promote patient compliance and satisfaction through excellent customer service.   Qualifications   * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field preferred. * Previous experience in a dental or medical office, preferably in oral surgery or specialty practice. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to explain complex treatment plans and financial information clearly. * Proficient with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations professionally.
