Position Details: Full time Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience), Benefits: Full benefits package + career growth opportunities Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in a similar role (dental office required) Schedule (Alternating Weeks): Week 1 (Mon–Fri): Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM Tuesday, Thursday: 10:45 AM – 7:00 PM Week 2 (Tue–Sat): Tuesday, Thursday: 10:45 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of dental treatment coordinator or front office experience Strong understanding of treatment planning, case presentation, and insurance benefits Confident discussing financial arrangements and helping patients move forward with care Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule with professionalism A warm, welcoming personality that builds trust and rapport with patients Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and rotating Saturdays Why Join Us?
