POSITION OVERVIEW

The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients. You will help patients understand their treatment plans, assist with financial arrangements, and coordinate appointments to support their oral health journey.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in scheduling and optimizing patient appointments.
  • Strong understanding of patient privacy protocols.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
  • Previous dental assisting experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software ClearDent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and adaptable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse patient base.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
  • Schedule patient appointments, reschedule missed appointments, and follow up with patients who have incomplete treatment.
  • Optimize the Doctor and hygiene schedules to meet utilization goals.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to manage daily patient flow and ensure effective communication.
  • Assist patients with financial arrangements and complete pre-authorizations.
  • Handle all treatment-related paperwork, including consent forms, policy forms, and exit documents.
  • Foster strong working relationships with the Doctor and team, promoting a cooperative and professional environment.
  • Answer and return patient calls promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold company policies, professional expectations, and Service Excellence Standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinic’s operations.
