JOB SUMMARY

East Kilbride Dental Care are seeking a Treatment coordinator to join our team with previous experience in dental nursing and front of house. As the dental treatment coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between patients and the dental care they need ensuring a seamless experience for patients seeking treatment. This position involves coordinating patient care, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between patients and associates. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of patient treatment are handled efficiently and effectively.

SKILLS

  • Previous dental nursing/ front of house experience
  • experience using software of excellence
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with patients and staff.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a focus on detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using office software and technology to streamline processes.
  • A compassionate approach towards patient care, ensuring a supportive environment for all individuals seeking treatment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
