Work Schedule: Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Compensation Range: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour based on experience Job Description: Greet patients and ensure they feel welcome Present and explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and professionally Answer patient questions and provide support throughout their dental care journey Coordinate appointments and follow-ups to keep patients on track with their treatment Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth scheduling and case management Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financing options Qualifications: Prior experience in dental office & treatment coordination required Strong knowledge of dental terminology and insurance Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage schedules efficiently Additional Information: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
