You will be a key partner in helping our clinic run smoothly every single day. What You’ll Be Doing This role is ideal for someone who loves both patient interaction and administrative precision. A typical day includes: Sitting with patients to review treatment plans in a warm, clear, confident way Explaining financial responsibilities, payment plans, and insurance estimates Preparing and submitting insurance claims and predeterminations Checking patients in and out with care, accuracy, and professionalism Working closely with the dentist to ensure treatment plans are accurate and up-to-date Following up on outstanding treatment, scheduling next steps, and ensuring timely completion Supporting collections and tracking patient financial agreements Collaborating with the administrator to ensure the clinic runs smoothly Every part of this role supports our mission: create a seamless, trusted patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. Who We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you: Have 2+ years of dental experience (treatment coordination preferred) Are confident discussing treatment plans, finances, and next steps with patients Have a clinical background (an asset, not a must) Are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Communicate with warmth, clarity, and genuine care Take pride in being the “glue” that keeps patient flow running smoothly Are comfortable taking ownership and following through Hours Monday / Wednesday / Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm Friday: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm One Saturday per month: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm If you're ready to join a team where your work truly impacts people—every single day—we’d love to meet you!
