Role Description The Treatment Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ottawa, ON. This position is responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey, including reviewing proposed dental procedures, explaining options, and answering questions about clinical recommendations and financial arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating treatment plans with the clinical team, verifying and explaining insurance coverage, preparing estimates, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up.
