Overview Aspire Dental supported by Smile Brands is looking for an experienced and motivated Treatment Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL. We are seeking a patient-focused professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience and is looking for long-term growth and development within a supportive dental organization. Schedule (days/hours) Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities Guide patients through their treatment journey with professionalism and empathy Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly and confidently Coordinate scheduling to support productivity and patient satisfaction Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage Build strong relationships with patients to increase case acceptance and retention Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care Support office goals through excellent communication and organizational skills Qualifications Previous dental treatment coordinating or dental front office experience Strong communication and customer service skills Experience discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn Someone looking to grow their career with a strong and supportive team Compensation $20-$23/hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
