Responsibilities

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the patient journey, helping individuals understand their orthodontic options while ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Your role will involve:

✅ Sales & Patient Education:

  • Guide patients through their customized treatment plans, ensuring they fully understand their options, procedures, and expected outcomes.
  • Present financial plans, explain insurance coverage, and confidently discuss payment options to help patients say “yes” to treatment.
  • Build trust and rapport with patients and families, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about their orthodontic journey.

✅ Organization & Coordination:

  • Manage the treatment workflow by coordinating with the orthodontist, clinical team, and front desk to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Assist patients in scheduling their appointments, accommodating preferences while optimizing clinic efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring seamless communication across all departments.
