WE’RE HIRING: TREATMENT COORDINATOR – ORTHO, SLEEP & TMD PROGRAMS

Location: Pathways Dental Care
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth patient journeys through our Orthodontics, Sleep Apnea, and TMD (Jaw Pain) programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient consultations, payment plans, and scheduling for Ortho, Sleep, and TMD programs
• Prepare documentation, manage lab submissions, and oversee digital records (iTero, Sleep Image, Vivos, Myolabs)
• Communicate with patients, specialists, and labs to ensure efficient treatment workflows
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person consultations for patients — including children, teens, and adults
• Follow up on consents, referrals, diagnostic reports, and treatment progress
• Organize and maintain clinical protocols and support the admin team as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in orthodontics, dental sleep medicine, or TMD programs is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both children and adults
• Comfortable coordinating Zoom or in-person consultations
• Tech-savvy and confident using digital platforms
• Strong administrative, multitasking, and organizational abilities
• Team player with a compassionate, patient-first approach

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
