We are pleased to consider both Dental Nurse candidates and candidates new to dentistry Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30 (3 days TCO, 2 days Dental Nursing) Option for part time 3 days per week for non-clinical candidates Competitive hourly rate: £13.70 Free parking on site Duties of this role will include, but not be limited to: Coordinate patient treatment plans, explaining procedures and answering questions Schedule appointments and manage patient records using dental software Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Perform administrative tasks, including billing and insurance processing Maintain a clean and organized treatment area Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies About you We’d love to receive your application to our Treatment Coordinator vacancy if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor – we also welcome applications from those with sales or marketing experience gained in a customer-facing environment Dental Nursing background (desirable but not essential) A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills A team player who thrives on delivering exceptional patient care and service What do you get in return?
