The Treatment Coordinator is a pivotal role at Terenure Orthodontics, being the first point of contact for all patients and visitors. The position involves nurturing new patient enquiries, delivering exceptional patient consultations and sales coordination of the new patient journey.
Currently this role is combined with reception management, accounting duties and other appropriate responsibilities. As Terenure Orthodontics develops, it is expected for the position to evolve into a specialised Treatment Coordinator role.
Excellent customer service, patient communication and time management is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €19.00-€23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
