REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in a sales-focused role (e.g., aesthetics, private healthcare, luxury retail, or similar)
Strong track record of hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in presenting high-value treatment plans
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is desirable but not essential
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Treatment Coordinator at Tooth Club, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients considering private dental and cosmetic treatments. Your role is key in guiding patients through their treatment journey, converting consultations into booked treatments, and helping them feel confident in their decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct face-to-face consultations with new and existing patients
Build strong rapport and trust with patients to understand their needs
Present treatment plans confidently and convert enquiries into booked treatments
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
Work closely with clinical and reception teams to ensure a seamless patient journey
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
