We are looking for a new Treatment Co-ordinator to join our fun, talented and friendly team!

Ideally we are looking for an experienced treatment co-ordinator (but not essential) who has previously supported a dental practice through having consultations with new patients and supporting patients through complex dental treatment plans.
Sales experience and excellent communication skills is a must. If you can’t sell then this job isn’t for you.
You must have a bright, bubbly and personable character that can put patients at ease.

Experience:

• Selling: 1 year (required)
• Dental: 1 year (required

• Oversee daily operations and manage the treatment team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Handle financial management tasks, including budgeting and invoicing for services rendered.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and teamwork.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients, addressing inquiries and promoting services.
• Leverage veterinary experience to ensure high-quality treatment and care for patients.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that boost service uptake and client satisfaction.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: £11.44-£12.21 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
