OVERVIEW

The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients throughout their treatment journey. This position involves managing patient interactions, coordinating treatment plans, and providing essential support to both patients and the clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen understanding of office operations to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
This role is will suit an individual that thrives on blending customer service delivering high patient care and sales.
You are patient facing so must be friendly and smartly dressed.
This position also has a commission based benefit attached to it as well as the base salary.

SKILLS

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
  • Proficient in office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous sales experience ideal

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar to optimise patient flow.
  • Assist in preparing treatment plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Collaborate with dental or medical professionals to coordinate patient care and follow-up procedures.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
