Description Position Title: Treatment Coordinator Location: Wave Dental Specialists – Dearborn Heights, MI About Us Wave Dental Specialists is a growing multi-specialty dental practice located in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys helping patients understand their treatment options and financial responsibilities. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner Review treatment plans with patients and clearly explain procedures, options, and associated fees Present financial arrangements, discuss insurance coverage, and process payments Coordinate scheduling for specialty and multi-provider treatment plans Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and maintain an organized recall system Assist with occasional front desk duties as needed (check-in, check-out, phone calls) Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience (specialty office experience preferred) Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance plans, and financial presentation Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment Strong computer skills; experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software a plus Professional, dependable, and team-oriented demeanor Schedule & Compensation Full-time position (Monday–Friday schedule; occasional Saturdays as needed) Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus commissions Opportunities for growth and advancement within a multi-specialty practice Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, life insurance, 401k with match How to Apply If you are a motivated professional who loves helping patients feel confident about their dental care and you’re looking for a long-term role in a supportive, team-oriented environment — Wave Dental Specialists in Dearborn Heights wants to meet you! #indeedwavedp Requirements Education and Training High School Diploma or equivalent.
