Description Treatment Coordinator (Case Manager) – Wave Dental Specialists Dearborn Heights, MI Wave Dental Specialists is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator (Case Manager) to join our multi-specialty dental practice. This role focuses on helping patients understand and move forward with advanced treatment plans while working closely with our team of specialists. Our practice brings together periodontists, orthodontists, pediatric dentists, an oral surgeon, prosthodontists, an endodontist, and anesthesia support, allowing patients to receive comprehensive specialty care all under one roof. Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Every other Saturday required, day off during the week when working a Saturday Responsibilities Present specialty treatment plans and review recommendations with patients Coordinate scheduling for specialty procedures Explain insurance coverage and financial options for treatment Offer third-party financing options to help patients proceed with care Track treatment acceptance and follow up with pending cases Collaborate closely with our specialty doctors and clinical teams Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience required Strong communication and case presentation skills Ability to explain complex treatment plans clearly to patients Knowledge of third-party financing options (Sunbit, Cherry, CareCredit) preferred Experience with Open Dental, Dental Intel, and Modento is a plus Sales confidence and ability to help patients feel comfortable saying “yes” to treatment Benefits & Perks Competitive pay Monthly bonus opportunities Uncapped commission potential Incentive plan for case managers Health insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with match Paid time off Paid holidays Life insurance Short-term disability options Collaborative specialty team environment Room for growth and advancement If you enjoy helping patients understand specialty care and guiding them through treatment decisions, we’d love to hear from you. #indeedwavedp Requirements Education and Training High School Diploma or equivalent.
