Description

Westmount Dental are looking to recruit a Treatment Coordinator for its clinic in Sunderland and Jarrow.
Treatment Coordinators are liaisons between patients and dentists. They are the first point of contact for new patients who are looking to learn more about the different cosmetic and general dental treatment options that the clinic provides.
The role is ideal for someone who is looking to help drive the practice forward and become an ambassador of the services we offer.
The role requires the candidate to be target driven, as we also provide an attractive bonus package. This is linked to specific KPIs that must be achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educating patients on the cosmetic and implant treatments we offer through a free consultations (in person and online)
  • Organising patients appointments and payments
  • Supporting clinicians with treatment plans
  • Managing patient appointments and ensuring patients receive a five-star service throughout their treatment.
  • Reporting back to the practice owner on their activities and performance.

Skills and Experience

  • They possess a minimum of 3 years of patient coordinator, retail, sales or account management experience.
  • They are able to provide weekly reports/updates on all activities.
  • They possess a basic/good understanding of dental knowledge (this is desirable).

Salary:

  • £14 - £15 per hour
  • The successful candidate will also benefit from an attractive bonus structure

Technology provided:

  • A company PC/Laptop will be provided
  • Mileage will be paid for when travelling between locations.
