  • Proven experience in a treatment coordinator, sales, or customer experience role (preferably within a dental or healthcare setting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident in presenting treatment plans and managing objections.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients considering cosmetic or specialist treatments. Your role will be to build strong relationships, guide patients through their treatment journey, and convert leads into booked treatments—making a real impact on both the patient experience and the growth of the practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Patient Consultations: Conduct in-person and virtual consultations, clearly explaining treatment options, procedures, and associated costs.
  • Lead Conversion: Manage incoming enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert interest into booked treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Work closely with clinicians to prepare and present personalised treatment plans.
  • Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets with the support of a generous commission structure.
  • Patient Experience: Deliver a 5-star customer journey, from initial enquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
  • CRM & Admin: Maintain accurate patient records, use CRM software effectively, and ensure all consent and documentation is in place.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise closely with clinicians, front of house, and management to ensure a smooth workflow and communication.
