Align, the makers of Invisalign®, is looking for a TQM (Treatment Quality Management) Internship in our Belén, Heredia Costa Rica office. This internship offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in strategic quality management initiatives within the manufacturing and operations environment.
The intern will play a key role in supporting the design, documentation, and implementation of methodologies that will guide a new TQM role within the organization. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop standardized processes, performance monitoring tools, and improvement plans aligned with stakeholders’ expectations.
