Looking for an opportunity to oversee our treatment rooms of a popular luxury hotel? Then we’d love you to join us at Hogarths Stone Manor as we develop our product offering, enhancing guest experiences by adding the ultimate form of relaxation to guest stays, spa treatments.
As the individual who meets, greets and works intimately with our hotel guests, you will be a warm and attentive people person. As well as the hands-on skills required to carry out our five-star beauty and massage treatments to the highest standards, you’ll be knowledgeable about all services and products within the spa department.
Your role will be to create a treatment rooms and spa experiences which exceeds clients’ expectations and is renowned for a high standard of client care and therapy. You will be required to maintain a motivated and successful spa team and create a culture of care and excellence and employee loyalty. You will thrive as part of a small team, communicating with colleagues and other departments with confidence and sensitivity. Bringing with you an aptitude for organisation to manage bookings and maintain the pride in presentation, organisation and cleanliness of our treatment room facilities. You will be required to provide treatments and a level of personal care and attention which meets at all times the established benchmark of excellence and to maximise retail sales where possible. To be involved with all aspects of the treatment rooms operation and make a valuable contribution to creating a special environment with immense attention to detail.
As our treatment rooms expand you will be keen to grasp opportunities to acquire new skills, and will be looking for a long term commitment were you will be given ample opportunity to develop your career and knowledge within the Hogarths team as we look to build full spa facilities in the future.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Head/Senior therapist: 2 years (preferred)
