Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient location in Mount Pleasant, PA location — and we're offering a $1,000 sign on bonus! You’ll be a key part of the treatment team — helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal. No two days are the same, and you’re never just be “watching the clock.” What You’ll Be Doing Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation Assisting during crises (with training and supervision) Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own. Requirements What You Need High school diploma or GED Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
