Description Virsono Hearing Centers is looking for an organized, patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to run the front office of our Amarillo clinic. You’ll be the first and last person our patients interact with — greeting them, managing their care journey, and keeping the clinic running smoothly day to day. No audiology background required; we’ll train you on the clinical side. Requirements What You'll Do Welcome patients, manage the daily schedule, and keep exam rooms and equipment ready each morning Answer phones, return calls, and route patients to the right person Prepare and follow up on patient paperwork so appointments run on time Support tele-health visits alongside our remote care team Manage hearing aid orders, repairs, and pickups, and help patients with financing options Keep supply inventory stocked and simple reports up to date Follow HIPAA and infection-control procedures What You'll Need 2+ years of experience in a busy medical clinic or office High school diploma or equivalent (Medical Assistant certificate a plus) Comfort learning EMR/scheduling software Strong communication skills and a calm, can-do attitude under interruptions Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid sick time Paid time off Relocation assistance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
