Ragdale Hall Spa is looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Treatments and Activities Sales Advisor to join our exceptional team. Nestled in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Ragdale Hall Spa is an award-winning retreat where wellbeing, luxury, and personalised service come together - and our Treatments and Activities Sales Advisors play a vital role in making every guest’s stay truly special.
From scheduling bespoke treatment plans to advising guests on the perfect spa experience, this is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Main Duties: (Full Training Provided)

  • Scheduling treatments, activities, and meal times for over 300 guests daily using our computer system - tailoring each itinerary to individual needs and preferences.
  • Screening guest health questionnaires with empathy and care, ensuring treatments are suitable and safe.
  • Accurately billing treatments to guest accounts and performing regular financial checks to ensure no outstanding balances.
  • Planning schedules for over 150 beauty therapists, including welfare breaks and a varied treatment mix.
  • Advising guests over the phone and face-to-face on treatment options, upselling and link-selling wherever possible to meet sales targets.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at our Treatments Reception Desk, assisting with queries and guiding guests around the Hall.
  • Communicating effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage but not essential.
