We are on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Tree Surgeons who want to expand their careers into mechanical tree work. If you have a strong background in climbing and traditional arboriculture but are excited to gain hands-on experience with machinery such as Roto telehandlers with Grapple saw, winch and basket attachments, Whole tree chippers, Excavators, and a view to develop into HGV and large agricultural vehicle drivings, this is the role for you.

• Prepare and ensure the correct equipment is loaded for the day’s tasks, and complete routine maintenance upon return.
• Liaise with customers upon arrival, then brief and assign tasks to team members on site.
• Maintain safety and efficiency standards throughout each project.
• Mentor, develop, and guide less experienced team members.
• Demonstrate proficiency across the full spectrum of tree surgery tasks.
• Uphold the company’s professionalism and high standards at all times.
• Handle customer interactions, including taking payments upon job completion.
