WHAT YOU’LL DO:

At Ground Control, we’re on the lookout for a hands-on, organised, and people-savvy Tree Works Coordinator to drive the delivery of vegetation clearance works around powerlines and pylons across the Cambridgeshire area.
You’ll be a key part of our Utility Arboriculture team, helping manage teams of specialist tree workers and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading field-based projects from cradle to grave
• Managing workloads for cutting teams and ensuring efficiency
• Driving programme delivery against KPIs: safety, quality, budget, and client satisfaction
• Updating work programmes, resolving access issues, and liaising with stakeholders
• Balancing time between the field and remote working
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting site audits
