Stellenbeschreibung Sind Sie bereit, in einem engagierten Team von Fachleuten unsere Mandate in den Bereichen Corporate Services, Lohnbuchhaltung und Rechnungswesen zu betreuen? Zur Verstärkung unseres Corporate Services Teams in Zürich suchen wir per Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine qualifizierte Verstärkung Was du tun wirst: Du wirst die primäre Ansprechperson für Kunden sowie externe Partner wie Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Rechtsanwälte sein. Du wirst Haupt- und Nebenbücher führen und Monats- sowie Jahresabschlüsse nach OR und internationalen Standards erstellen. Du wirst Lohnabrechnungen und Steuererklärungen (Mehrwertsteuer, Körperschafts- und persönliche Steuern) bearbeiten sowie Kundendaten pflegen. Du wirst administrative Aufgaben für Kundengesellschaften übernehmen, einschließlich Bankkonteneröffnungen, Zahlungsabwicklungen und Fakturierung. Qualifikationen Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (Fachausweis). Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion. Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Steuerrecht. Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert, mit hoher Flexibilität und Teamorientierung.
