We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with previous call handling or customer service experience.
Someone who can assist customers in an empathetic, persuasive, and confident telephone manner.

The following skills/experience are essential:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally in using a case management system
  • Good level of literacy, IT literacy and numeracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Rapport building and controlled objection handling skills
  • Excellent customer care skills and customer focused attitude with the ability to manage client expectations
  • Ability to effectively manage a high workload and prioritise effectively, whilst maintaining an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade C/4 or above.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an innovative and dependable client champion to work in the rradar Legal Advice Service call handling team, to assess the nature of an incoming call from clients and direct the call to the appropriate team.
Each call will need to be logged using our Salesforce data system, with new users also registering to use the rradar service. You will be expected to carry out general admin duties, distribute queries and some general secretarial duties.
This role is a 1 year fixed term contract, with a working week of 35 hours across 5 days, 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday with flexible shifts of 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm and 10am - 6pm.
