This role is essential in ensuring smooth patient communication and office operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform telephone triage for the office, assessing patient needs and providing appropriate guidance. Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently. Float and assist with various duties throughout the office as needed. Conduct nurse visits and provide patient care in accordance with clinical protocols. Perform lab work, including specimen collection and processing. Requirements Qualifications: Current and valid LPN license. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in triage or clinical setting preferred.
