Description Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our growing personal injury team. This role offers the opportunity to represent clients throughout Georgia and requires an active Georgia Bar license in good standing. We are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients and are looking for an attorney with strong courtroom skills, proven litigation experience, and a commitment to client service. You will take ownership of your caseload and lead matters from filing through discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial. What You Will Do Represent clients in personal injury matters from initial litigation through settlement or verdict. Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal memoranda. Conduct and defend depositions. Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection, opening/closing statements, and examinations. Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation. Requirements Active membership in the Georgia Bar, in good standing. Minimum 3 years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or related areas. Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Note: This role can sit ANYWHERE in GEORGIA! Must have an active GA Law License
