Role Purpose: The Tribe Lead is responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary tribe, aligning product strategy with technical execution, fostering cross-team collaboration, and ensuring continuous delivery of value to customers. In this case for Policy and Claims Management Domains in a Global Line Key Responsibilities Define the tribe’s vision and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders (Organization Management and Business Owner) Coordinate multiple squads to ensure strategic and operational alignment Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility Facilitate decision-making and remove obstacles to progress Monitor performance metrics and business outcomes Act as a bridge between business, technology, and product teams Requirements Insurance Knowledg Proven experience leading agile teams.
