* Deliver on strategic, customer-focused change across Suncorp NZ * Permanent opportunity * Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch location The Role The Tribe Lead role is critical to delivering strategic, customer-focused change across Suncorp New Zealand’s portfolio. As the owner of governance, compliance, and return on investment, the Tribe Lead ensures initiatives align with business goals and regulatory requirements while enabling a continuous flow of value. They are accountable for defining and prioritising strategic initiatives, managing technical and people implications, and securing cross-functional buy-in to deliver impactful solutions. This role is essential to achieving customer outcomes, driving strategic execution, and maintaining delivery momentum within the tribe.
