About the Job As a Tribe Technical Lead for the Customer Journeys at Allianz Partners ACM Target Platform Europe, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery and operations of target solutions for all insurance related line of businesses globally such as travel insurance, ticketing, banking partners, mobile devices and digital risk protection (MDDR). This covers the central ACM B2B2C target platform, which supports B2C, B2B, B2B2C channels and has been rolled out in over 14 countries in Europe as well as eCommerce services globally in more than 60 countries. The Insurance Line of Business is based on an agile product organization consisting of four Tribes, covering the entire insurance value chain with international, cross-functional agile squads. What you do Develop the tribe vision and strategy, co-lead agile teams, and prioritize deliverables within the sales module. Stay current with cloud computing and AI technologies, guiding modernization efforts specifically for the sales module. Concentrate on the sales module to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. Lead 5 agile squads focused on sales, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with strategic goals. Manage budgets and facilitate quarterly business reviews to align with strategic objectives for the sales module. Build relationships with business counterparts and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Lead initiatives for technical roadmap management and tech synchronization within the sales module. What you bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proven experience in agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams. Strong background in budget management and financial planning. Extensive experience in insurance is essential; alternatively, experience in channel distribution within eCommerce is desirable. Leadership and team management capabilities with strong analytical and soft skills. Ability to abstract complex concepts and communicate effectively with technical teams. Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning.
