Responsibilities
  • Attend Tribunal venues (Hospital and Community based) to facilitate MHTS hearings acting as a facilitator for on the day administrative functions in line with set processes, maintaining regular contact with HQ.
  • Complete Risk Assessments at Tribunal venues dealing with any minor and immediate issues at the hearing and reporting any concerns to your Team Leader immediately.
  • Complete necessary hearings documentation within set timescales.
  • Travel throughout Scotland to facilitate hearings, which may occasionally involve working extended hours.
  • Making use of mobile IT equipment. This will be your responsibility to ensure this is secure at all times.
  • Collate all relevant case information, liaising with external stakeholders and the President’s Office as necessary.
  • Embrace multi functioning initiative across SCTS.
  • Work closely with our Continuous Improvement Team to maximise efficiencies within SCTS.
  • Complete mandatory E-Learning as required.
  • General administration tasks as required
