The Position The Opportunity: Key Responsibilities: •Audits expense reports submitted with excellent quality (QA) •Communicates with supported affiliate employees in a professional manner when corrections or clarifications are required on expense report submissions. •Ensure Travel and Expense Policy is up to date and request additional SOP’s when required. •Communicate and collaborate proactively with various business partners and management to resolve issues and identify potential risk. •Ability to analyze complex situations and provide solutions. •Serve as T&E representative on large or cross-functional projects; lead small departmental projects or change initiatives with appropriate improvement requirements. •Ensures best practices are shared across team members. •Ensure all business activities comply with Travel & Expense Policies, FGAR, relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Desktop Manuals (DTP), local guidelines. •Ensure SLA audit and compliance principles between RSS Operations Americas and affiliates are met. •Analyze current process to determine issues and work on potential process improvements. Qualifications •Strong ability to organize work effectively, adhere to tight and established deadlines. •Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills. •Demonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer service. •Knowledge of Audit or Risk Review processes. •Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to perform work with limited direction and guidance and demonstrate problem-solving skills. •Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask. •Works well with others and follow through to execute all tasks to deliver on deadlines. •Language requirements: English, Spanish, Portuguese •University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
