QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (some college in a related field preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proven knowledge of construction materials, industry applications, and related equipment.
  • Capability to safely lift up to 75-100 lbs unassisted, as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), comfortable with data management and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail for inspecting products and processing orders, minimizing errors and enhancing efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, ready to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
  • Understanding of and commitment to safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and sharing ideas to enhance our warehousing operations.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee procurement and timely delivery of specialized materials, including siding and trim, that are crucial to our renovation projects.
  • Use your knowledge of building supplies to gather critical information about pricing, specifications, and applications in the construction field, specifically carpentry.
  • Coordinate project timelines in partnership with internal teams, ensuring that materials are available when and where they are needed.
  • Maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels, utilizing your expertise to manage stock effectively and eliminate waste.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, such as back orders, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.
  • Support special order requests and help shape pricing strategies that ensure our competitive edge in the market.
