REPORTS TO: TRIM MANAGER

Jungle Boys Florida is in search of a Trim Supervisor to join our growing team! We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about cannabis, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help lead and inspire a results-driven team. The Trim Supervisor will support the Trim Manager and Assistant Managers in overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance, enforcing SOPs, and driving a culture of excellence, efficiency, and teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist the Trim Manager and Assistant Managers with daily operations of the Trim department
• Lead team setup and breakdown of trim rooms, ensuring adherence to cleaning and cross-contamination protocols
• Conduct regular quality control checks on trim work, product appearance, room climate, and finished inventory
• Accurately weigh, track, and record product at each stage of the trim process (both manually and digitally)
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of trimming equipment in accordance with SOPs
• Monitor individual and team performance against daily and weekly KPIs
• Convert product batches into appropriate inventory products and ensure accurate labeling for compliance tracking
• Verify team attendance and time clock punches, while ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and personal conduct policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all trim rooms and weigh areas at all times
• Support training of new and existing team members, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring clear understanding and execution of SOPs and performance expectations
• Foster a collaborative, motivated, and compliant work environment through communication and leading by example.
• Promptly report any compliance deviations or operational issues to Trim leadership

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory systems, digital timekeeping, and internal databases
