Fruits & Passion is hiring for the holiday season this year! We are currently looking for a Temporary Third Key for our kiosk at Galeries Joliette.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Third Keys work alongside the managers to ensure the smooth operation of the store, and in the absence of the manager, they guide the team. For those who are more creative, there is also the role of Visual Third Key, which involves maintaining the store’s visual presentation. Everything you see when entering one of our stores is what they help bring to life. They embody our brand by supervising visual merchandising, display installation, and marketing directives within the store.
Regardless of their specialty, all of our Third Key holders are emerging leaders, and we rely on them to create a welcoming environment for customers while supporting daily operations and their teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Restock shelves and ensure proper rotation of expired products
  • Communicate with the assistant store manager or store manager regarding stock shortages
  • Greet and assist customers in all aspects of customer service
  • Perform tasks with a positive, upbeat attitude and ensure a professional and friendly atmosphere in the store
  • Stay informed of all promotional activities
  • Open and close the store
  • Assist with store administration
  • Support team members by guiding and coaching them
  • Show commitment to our health and safety policies and guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, accessible, and welcoming store for customers
  • Assist with loss prevention
  • Ensure adherence to the store’s signage standards
  • Handle all cash and media during each shift
