Provide special information on matters relating to such things as history, archaeology, monuments and works of art, the environment, culture, natural and built attractions, places of interest and any general matter of interest to the visitor. Greet members of tour upon boarding and make introductions. Make sure that tour members are comfortable and corroborate head count. Lead tour group, advise tour members of local interest points and present tour commentaries. Research and share general information on the local indigenous cultures. Attend to operational problems such as booking errors, amendments, lost items or guest illness. Maintain a written log of tour activities and carry out other administrative work. Some experience through working in a related field or a customer service department is desired. 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment required. Able to follow verbal as well as written instructions. 18 years of age or older. Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
