Description POSITION PURPOSE: Provide safe transportation of Resort guests to local wineries. Greets guests and provides exemplary customer service for the Resort. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Greet and welcome guest entering the shuttle to provide cordial guest services and encourage repeat business. Provides convenient transportation to resort guest by driving a shuttle safely to and from local wineries. May on occasion be required to provide transportation for guests and team members throughout the resort, the city of Canyonville, and our other properties. Assists the guest that need additional help with their luggage and the boarding on/off the shuttle in a friendly manner. Cleans the assigned shuttle a minimum of once per shift (more often if needed) and maintains the overall appearance of the shuttle in accordance with Resort standards. Reports any and all accidents, incidents and suspicious activity to department leadership or the Security Supervisor on duty in the absence of department leadership. Is able to communicate effectively via the company radio. Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department. Maintains confidential information that is received in verbal, written, and electronic media. Limits access to information on a job-related, need-to-know basis. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred. 1 year of experience in driving vans or light trucks required. Current Drivers License, CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements. Must be 21 years of age or older. Able to read and comprehend written instructions. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks. Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License. Must have current Food Handlers Card Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
Responsibilities
The primary duty is to provide safe transportation for resort guests to local wineries while offering exemplary customer service upon greeting and boarding. This role also requires maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned shuttle and promptly reporting any incidents to leadership.
